One of my favorite things about my new magnetic signs is the discreet little hinges on them.

You can barely see them along the bottom edge of the closed sign. It took me a while to give up on finding a purchased hinge and to figure out how to make them myself. In the end, they were a simple task.

When the sign is open, they still blend in well, which I think enhances the “secret” feeling of the secret panel.
